Ed has been a member of the development and presentation team for Shele House® since it was created.
He began his advertising career at a large New York agency. The agency is long gone, and he owns a training and consulting firm with offices in Virginia and Arizona.
He works extensively in Asia, Europe and North America for multinational networks and marcomms industry trade groups. Ed introduced professional sales training to account directors in agencies, and trained salespeople in media.
Earlier he was a broadcaster, journalist and a corporate executive with a media company, headed new ventures at a training center for print media, and consulted with advertising and media clients.
Nick began his career as a young account man at one of London's top privately-owned agencies. He then moved to Saatchi & Saatchi, working on a mix of domestic and international clients before moving to FCB.
As an account director he led business across Europe, the Middle East, APAC and India for clients including Honda, PepsiCo Tropicana, Fujitsu, Siemens and SC Johnson. In addition to his client responsibilities, Nick was managing partner and head of account management at Draftfcb in London.
There he created and implemented a range of developmental and mentoring solutions and tutored extensively across the communications industry, including the British IPA. He owns a communication consultancy in London.
Lizzie started her career as an acount handler at Ogilvy in London. She then moved to BBH, LSDC and finally Still Price Court Twivy D’Souza Lintas. There she decided that too many initials spoil the advertising account handler.
She switched sides and moved to Capital Radio to head up their marketing and events. She then had a stint as senior VP of consumer marketing at Discovery Channel.
Later she became director of worldwide brand strategy, development and communications at mobile phone network Orange. There she implemented global B2B and B2C campaigns.
Her joy is in helping brands, businesses and individuals to really flourish. She now runs her own facilitation, training and coaching business and is a tutor in brand and marketing at t
he National Film and Television School.
